How to get super white teeth with braces & healthy gums?
I went to the orthodontist today & they told me my gums weren’t as healthy as they could be. How do I get them super healthy? They are kinda dark pink.
Also, I changed my braces color & now my teeth apeear yellowish white. They have never done this before! How do I get them whiteeeee.
I have been a heavy smoker for the past 8 years and used to have stained teeth.. And I mean really badly stained.
